CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR ADD AN ITEM TO MY ONLINE ORDER?
We process and pack our orders quickly to get them to you promptly. Please contact us immediately if you would like to chance or add to your existing order. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to change it in time.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
In the case that the item does not fit you, you are not satisfied with the product, or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept it for return as long as:
The item is unworn and in the condition you received it in.
The item is not a sale item.
The item is not swimwear or a bodysuit (for hygeine reasons).
The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
We are happy to accept your item for return as long as it is in the original condition you received it in.
WHERE DO YOU GET ALL YOUR CLOTHING FROM?
We source and handpick our vintage from around Europe and the USA. The rest we can't tell ya, it's a secret.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We are currently based online and do not have a physical store.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT ME?
We recommend referring to the measurements provided for each item as well as our size guide, the garment images and models sizing specifications. Pay closer attention the the "true size" over the "tag size" as sizing can vary between eras, brands and regions.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ITEM?
We aim to ship our items within 1-2 working days. Please allow an extra 2 days for rural delivery. In some cases it may be longer and we will notify you by email.
If you have selected NZ overnight shipping please place your order before 2pm to receive it the next day as we need time to process and pack your order. If your order is placed later than this the overnight shipping is not guaranteed.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive and email confirmation with your order details and shipping tracking number once your item/s has been shipped.
