Before purchasing please keep in mind that all of our items are vintage and pre-loved so some minor imperfections may be expected.
All returns will take approximately 1-3 business days from date of delivery to us to be processed.
In the case that the item does not fit you, you are not satisfied with the product, or you have simply changed your mind, provided that:
The item is unworn and in the condition you received it in.
The item is not a sale item.
The item is not swimwear or a bodysuit (for hygeine reasons).
The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date.
Please do not send your item/s back if they do not meet the above criteria as we will not be able to issue you a refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10c Minerva Terrace, Cockle Bay Auckland Auckland NZ 2014.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your refund has been approved by a notification via email, it may take up to 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. However, if your refund has taken longer than this, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
