HOW TO SIZE YOUR ITEMS:
We measure all of our garments to make sure they are accurate in todays market. Some marked sizes on vintage and pre-loved garments may now no longer be relevant. The measurements we provide for each particular item will help you determine if it is the correct size.
WHAT DO THESE MEAN?
Size on tag: This is the actual size written on the garment when it was made. Rarely older garments could be missing these.
True size: This is the the size accurate in the todays market.
Could also fit: We provide this as vintage and pre-loved clothing looks great oversized too. Please check your measurements before purchasing.
Across chest: With the garment lying flat, this measurement is taken from across under arm to under arm.
Waist: We don't need to use this measurement often. Measure around yourself the narrowest part of your waistline.
Hips: We don't need to use this measurement often. Measure around yourself the fullest part of your hips. Stand with your feet together.
Length: With the garment lying flat, this measurement is taken from the HSP (highest shoulder point) to the bottom of the hem.
Full waist measurement: This the total circumference measurement of the garments waistband.
Total hip measurement: Measure this on yourself. Stand with your feet together and put the tape around your fullest point parallel to the floor. You will only need this measurement if it is provided for the garment.
Length: With the garment lying flat this measurement is taken on the side from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem.

Our male model is a NZ standard size mens L.
